Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Cloud Platform execution office. You will manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs, coordinating hundreds of engineers across regions and time zones to scale the Nebius Cloud Platform and support new hardware generations.

You will align needs across Cloud Platform, Data center Hardware, Sales, and other customer-facing teams, driving cross-team initiatives, decisions, and timely delivery while improving processes and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading cross-team technical projects or as Staff Architect.
• Strong knowledge in software architecture and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and shell scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with hardware trends (GPUs, CPUs, Networking) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate cross-team projects with goals and timelines.
• Facilitate decision-making and changes, both procedural and technical.
• Meet challenging deadlines despite conflicting priorities.
• Introduce new processes and make them reproducible.
