Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own provider management and execution. You will onboard providers, manage capacity, and handle major incidents with a cross-functional team, including SRE, engineering, and product.

This is a remote-friendly, full-time role based in the SF area. You will define processes, establish escalation paths, and drive improvements to ensure reliable provider performance for AI compute infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Several years running technical programs in infrastructure.
• Experience managing production incidents across multiple organizations.
• Ability to discuss GPUs, networking, and storage with provider engineers.
• Track record of aligning external partners and teams.
• Clear, proactive communication even in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new providers and sites; manage capacity expansions and recurring issues.
• Act as incident commander during major provider-side incidents; coordinate across SRE, provider, and customer.
• Maintain a living plan for each program with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure providers meet commitments through structured check-ins and escalations.
• Coordinate internally to avoid provider-induced blockers; involve SRE, Engineering, and Sales/CS as needed.
• Turn learnings into playbooks and standards for faster onboarding of new providers.
