Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Leader to steer compensation, equity, retirement programs, and total rewards strategy for its PeopleReady segment. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to attract, reward, and retain top talent across our staffing network.

Remote work is supported; you will oversee program design, market benchmarking, compliance, and analytics while leading a small team of contributors and driving continuous improvements in rewards delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate Total Rewards concepts into insights.
• Data-driven approach using market benchmarks and analytics to inform strategy.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools aligned to Total Rewards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation management tools.
• Leadership experience in managing a small team and driving projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation programs including benchmarking, salary structures, and pay equity analyses.
• Support the company 401(k) plan and related audits and compliance.
• Lead a team of contributors delivering Total Rewards programs.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance to optimize processes and employee experience.
• Develop service levels and oversee quality assurance for Total Rewards.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
