Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is offering a hybrid, paid internship in Andover, MA, supporting the Learn & Earn program with administration, content management, and reporting. You’ll help with customer communications, rewards fulfillment, and social media content development while gaining hands-on marketing operations experience.

The role requires current students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Learn & Earn program day-to-day tasks and inquiries.
• Manage shared mailboxes and respond to routine inquiries.
• Process participant data, rewards, and incentive fulfillment.
• Assist with content planning for TikTok and social media.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and campaign calendars.
