Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of total rewards framework for up to 550 roles.
• Benchmark market competitiveness and establish pay bands and structures.
• Develop and model multiple pay structures with scenario analyses.
• Create Salary Management Policy and interactive manager calculators.
• Redesign performance Merits linked to compensation budgets.
