• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
• UKG familiarity preferred; CCP/GRP be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct compensation market pricing, survey matching, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
• Support annual compensation processes, merit reviews, budgeting, modelling, and reporting.
• Prepare analyses for promotions, transfers, reorganizations and pay actions.
• Assess benefit plan design, cost, and market competitiveness; support renewals.
• Maintain Total Rewards data across HRIS, compensation, benefits, and vendor systems.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate vendor invoices, data requests, plan docs, surveys and calendars.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, Legal and local HR teams.
