Job summary

Tetra Tech seeks an experienced Topobathymetric LiDAR Program Manager to lead our Geomatic Technologies Team. This role can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote within the United States.

You will oversee topobathymetric LiDAR acquisition, processing, analysis, and product development, while expanding client relationships and driving strategic growth across North America and globally. Leadership, business development, and technical oversight are essential to delivering high-quality geospatial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Geomatics, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Hydrography, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant LiDAR/remote sensing/geomatics experience
• Proven leadership of technical teams and complex projects
• Experience with topobathymetric LiDAR systems and data workflows
• Experience with LiDAR classification, QA/QC, and LiDAR-derived products
• Experience with TerraSolid software and geospatial tools
• Proposal development, BD support, and client relationship management
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Topobathymetric LiDAR program and team
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue
• Identify new business opportunities across government, utility, environmental, water resources, coastal, and infrastructure sectors
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term goals, market strategies, and investments
• Mentor and develop a high-performing workforce
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and lead proposal efforts
