Job summary
Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Topobathymetric LiDAR Program Manager to lead and grow our LiDAR capabilities across North America. This role can be remote/ hybrid/ office-based and requires strategic oversight, client engagement, and strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams responsible for data acquisition, processing, and product development.

Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in LiDAR, remote sensing, geomatics, surveying, or related field.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Proven experience with topobathymetric LiDAR systems and data workflows.
- Proven LiDAR classification, QC, and product generation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Tetra Tech's Topobathymetric LiDAR program.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and revenue.
- Identify opportunities in government, utilities, environmental, water resources, coastal, and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with leadership to set long-term goals, market strategies, and investments.
- Support hiring, mentoring, and workforce development for a high-performing team.
