Job summary

TREKK Design Group, LLC is seeking a LiDAR Lead to head a geospatial team and drive innovative data collection and processing for infrastructure mapping. You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and deliver high-quality survey work, leveraging Laser scanning, GNSS, and traditional field methods.

Responsibilities include business development, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring quality across projects while guiding KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Survey, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor license is required.
• At least 10 years of survey experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development by identifying, selling and delivering meaningful work for the team.
• Leverage client relationships to solve problems and grow opportunities.
• Grow and develop staff through mentorship and training.
• Support HR in recruitment, interviewing, and promotions.
• Set quality standards and lead the team in QC processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet organizational goals and KPI targets.
• Share expertise with Market Leads and manage cross-functional resource planning.
• Operate survey instruments and related equipment; prepare sign-and-seal survey drawings.
