Job summary

TREKK Design Group is seeking a National Geospatial & LiDAR Director to lead the development and execution of TREKK’s geospatial practice nationwide. This role focuses on growth, strategic leadership, and building teams to deliver LiDAR, GIS and reality capture solutions across major infrastructure projects.

You will shape strategy, expand capabilities, win large opportunities, and mentor leaders while collaborating with Survey, GIS and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions for

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and client-relationship skills.
• Experience leading geospatial, LiDAR or related technology services.
• Proven ability to scale and build multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy for TREKK’s geospatial practice.
• Build and maintain relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities and partners.
• Lead strategic pursuits and client engagements for national projects.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for complex geospatial projects.
