Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Solutions Analyst – Infios Support to serve as a technical resource for customers, combining knowledge of transportation operations with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues.

You will own cases end-to-end, respond within SLAs, troubleshoot Infios TMS integration and data problems, and contribute to knowledge base content to improve support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infios TMS in a support/implementation role.
• Experience troubleshooting system integrations and data exchanges.
• Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, EDI or SFTP.

Responsibilities

• Own customer support cases from investigation to resolution.
• Respond to support requests according to SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve Infios TMS issues (application, data, integration).
• Analyze symptoms and logs to identify root causes.
