Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC in the United States is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Managed Services Client Solutions teams. You will independently learn, configure system settings for MercuryGate, OTM, and RedwoodConnect to support our managed services business and customers.

You will design future processes, perform configurations, document tests, train end users, and collaborate across Client Success, Client Logistics, and other departments to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems.
• 1-2 years of Supply Chain or Consulting experience.
• MercuryGate TMS experience is highly desired.
• Ability to learn on the fly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create business process designs and configure Freight management tools.
• Perform MercuryGate, OTM, and/or RedwoodConnect configuration per client requests.
• Audit business processes and suggest improvements to Redwood systems.
• Document test scripts and validate Redwood Managed Services solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet requirements.
