Job summary

Trimble Transportation is seeking a Training & Implementation Consultant to analyze enterprise logistics operations, re-engineer workflows, and lead end-to-end software implementations of the TruckMate platform. You will partner with client leadership to deliver transformational solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes across complex supply chains.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of client transformation, directly analyzing complex enterprise operations to re-engineer workflows and implement sophisticated TMS software solutions. Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.
• Bonus Points For Direct experience with TruckMate systems or enterprise transportation management software.
• Practical operational or administrative experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows.
