Old Republic Title is seeking an entry-level Title Specialist to join our Eastern Title Division. This 100% remote, full-time role supports title orders, ownership searches, and reports with a focus on accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is comprehensive and ongoing development is provided.

Formación

• Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, banking, customer service, or administrative operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Enter title orders, ownership searches, and quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and prioritize requests received through shared team inboxes.
• Update order information and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure service commitments are met.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication.
• Support department workflow during peak periods.
