Qualifications

• Entry-level role; prior title/real estate experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter title orders, ownership searches, and quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and prioritize requests from shared team inboxes.
• Update order information and maintain records.
• Monitor product delivery timelines and ensure service commitments are met.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries by phone and email.
• Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication.
• Assist teammates and support department workflow during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
