Job summary

Weichert Title Group is seeking a Title Closing Advisor I for the Hudson/Northeastern territory. This is a remote role, with residency within the territory required. You will build relationships, generate new business, and expand the company’s client base by selling title insurance services.

You will develop a pipeline, manage orders from entry to closing, and collaborate with partners to meet monthly and annual sales goals while ensuring accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Prefer experience in title or residential real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Secures title insurance orders from a variety of customers.
• Manages the title sales activities within assigned territory.
• Sells title services to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Develops efficient sales and marketing efforts to drive sales.
• Delivers presentations to customers and at sales meetings.
• Partners with Operations and Regional Sales teams to meet goals.
