Job summary

Title Closing Services, LLC. in Northwest/Central NJ is seeking a Title Closing Advisor I for a remote role within the NJ territory.

You will build relationships, engage potential clients, and promote title insurance services to accelerate sales growth. Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and a title license or license application are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales experience required.
• Knowledge of title insurance concepts and processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Secures title insurance orders from a variety of customers including realtors, attorneys, loan officers, banks, lenders, investors, and buyers.
• Manages the title sales activities within assigned territory from order entry to closing.
• Delivers presentations at sales office meetings and to new customers.
• Sells title services to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Builds and maintains relationships through networking, events, onboarding, orders, and retention.
• Presents to partners and coordinates with operations to support sales goals.
