World Business Lenders is seeking a seasoned Closing Manager to lead the Closing and Title teams in Texas City. You will oversee end-to-end loan closings, manage relationships with attorneys and title partners, and ensure compliance with investor requirements.

The role emphasizes process improvement, risk management, and timely funding, with a focus on protecting collateral and maintaining SLA performance across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Extensive experience with loan closing and title clearance processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing Closing and Title teams and SLAs.
• Strong knowledge of title review, lien perfection, collateral documentation.
• Experience overseeing third-party partners such as closing attorneys and title companies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Closing Team with direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end closing from Clear-to-Close through funding.
• Ensure all legal, title, documentation, and funding conditions are satisfied before closing.
• Review and approve loan documents, settlement statements, and related docs.
• Resolve complex closing issues and serve as escalation point.
• Monitor closing KPIs and vendor performance to meet SLAs.
• Directly oversee the Title function and title clearance team.
• Manage workload, priorities, resources, and deadlines to ensure timely title clearance.
• Review title commitments, title policies, surveys, lien searches, vesting, exceptions, and related documentation.
