Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a detail‑oriented Title Examiner to review title commitments, deeds, mortgages, and related documents for accurate lien positioning. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis and timely processing in a fully remote, full‑time setting.

The candidate should have at least five years of experience in title clearance or closing operations and a solid understanding of U.S. real estate and title insurance concepts. Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance with real estate knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in title clearance, examination and closing operations.
• Experience in lending, title or escrow environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and understand requirements and exceptions.
• Analyze deeds, mortgages, lien releases, and related documents with accuracy.
• Interpret title descriptions, surveys and exceptions for compliance.
