Job summary

World Business Lenders seeks an experienced Title Operations Lead to oversee the title clearance team. The role focuses on directing the team, prioritizing workflow, and ensuring timely, accurate title reviews.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of title experience, with substantial management responsibilities and track record in reviewing title commitments and resolving liens.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in title with substantial management experience.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, clearing liens, and interpreting legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the title clearance team by providing direction, feedback, and support for efficient operations.
• Manage workload by prioritizing tasks, delegating, and balancing resources to meet deadlines and goals.
• Promote team development through training and professional growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and quality standards.
• Act as primary escalation contact to resolve issues promptly and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
