Ideal candidates have 5+ years in title review within lending/escrow environments and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance. This is a fully remote, full-time position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in title clearance, title examination, and closing operations.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, interpreting requirements and exceptions, guaranteeing a clear title.
• Experience in lending, title, or escrow settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and exceptions to ensure proper lien positioning.
• Analyze deeds, mortgages, lien releases, corporate documents, and authorizations.
• Interpret legal descriptions, surveys, and title exceptions for accuracy and compliance.
