Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination.

You will work with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as title companies, surveyors, lenders, and stakeholders, to ensure site control documents meet investor requirements. The role requires reviewing title commitments, proformas, site control agreements, easements,

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside consultants.
• Excellent written communication and project status update skills.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documentation for utility-scale energy projects.
• Populate and maintain ENGIE's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet, tracking title requirements and exceptions.
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing findings, risks, and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field
