Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, and project finance coordination. You’ll work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure site control documentation and title policies meet investor requirements.

The role emphasizes detail, project management, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years experience reviewing title commitments, policies, land agreements and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documentation for utility-scale energy projects.
• Populate and maintain ENGIE's Title Review Spreadsheet with title requirements, vesting and title exceptions.
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing material findings, deficiencies and risks.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.
