ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination.

You will collaborate with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure site control documents meet investor requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, ALTA surveys, and site control instruments, maintaining title records, and delivering bi-weekly status

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Business, Engineering, or Legal Studies.
• Minimum five (5) years reviewing title commitments, policies, easements, and surveys.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and consultants.
• Ability to analyze title exceptions and curative solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documents for utility-scale energy projects.
• Populate ENGIE's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet with title requirements, vesting, parcel tracking, and title issues.
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing findings, deficiencies, risks, and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.
• Review ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for compliance with investor, lender, and title insurance requirements.
• Evaluate easements, utility corridors, crossing requirements, site access rights, encroachments, and constructability impacts.
• Coordinate approved title curative actions with landowners, utilities, lenders, and project stakeholders.
• Support mineral title review activities and obtain necessary documentation for mineral coverage.
• Attend project meetings and provide bi-weekly written status reports.
