Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, proformas, site control agreements, and ALTA surveys. This contract role partners with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure title documentation meets investor requirements.

Remote (US) option. Ideal candidates have 5+ years reviewing title commitments and related land documents, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables

Qualifications

• 5+ years reviewing title commitments, title policies, land agreements, easements, surveys, and real estate documentation for energy projects.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside consultants.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and document review.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas, and land documentation for utility-scale energy projects.
• Populate and maintain title review spreadsheets and track title requirements and exceptions.
• Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing findings, risks, and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.
