Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a skilled Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination.

You will work with ENGIE's Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as external title companies and lenders to ensure site control documents meet investor requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience reviewing title commitments and land documents.
Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and consultants.
Strong analysis of title exceptions and curative solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land docs.
Populate and maintain ENGIE's Title Review spreadsheet with key data.
Prepare Title Status Reports highlighting findings and risks.
Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance policies.
Review ALTA/NSPS surveys for investor and lender compliance.
Evaluate easements, corridors, encroachments and constructability impacts.
Coordinate title curative actions with stakeholders.
Attend meetings and provide bi-weekly status updates.
