Job summary

AccuTitle is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist clients using software in the title insurance industry. You'll help resolve client technical issues, manage client communications, and perform software testing and updates.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with over 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the insurance sector. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, fostering a flexible and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance closing and title customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and emails from clients regarding software issues/questions.
• Adding and/or removing client logins as well as resetting passwords.
• Document Management and organizing documentation for clients.
• Scheduling and performing software updates.
• Software testing when applicable.
• Tracking compliance emails for new software updates.
• Adding and revising state and underwriter documentation.
• Monitoring state changes and notifying programming changes.
• Email Cataloging.
