World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented loan closing specialist for a fully remote contract role in the United States.

You will review files, prepare/verify closing documents, schedule notary appointments, and coordinate with Production, Title and Underwriting to fund loans. Required: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate or related field and at least five years in lending or real estate closings; strong communication, time management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of lending, mortgage, or real estate closing experience.
• Experience reviewing closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate closing and funding of loans by reviewing files for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Title and Underwriting departments.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage for funding.
• Schedule notary appointments for mortgage execution.
• Ensure timely closings and valid documentation; gather required underwriting conditions.
• Exchange funding documents with Title company after closing.
