Qualifications

• 2+ years multistate title examination experience
• Detail and quality orientation required

Responsibilities

• Perform title examinations and review chains of title for residential orders.
• Abstract and analyze mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plat and map books to determine ownership and verify descriptions.
• Resolve title issues involving missing or incorrect information.
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation using established procedures.
• Test title-related tools and platforms across workflows and scenarios.
• Compare system results with examiner judgment; identify errors and opportunities to improve results.
• Provide actionable feedback to technology teams with examples and context.
• Help define and refine test scenarios and workflows based on real-world practices.
• Review reports and system-generated documentation for accuracy and usability.
• Provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned
