Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and examine title orders for insurability and condition of titles.
• Analyze deeds, liens, judgments, and related documents to determine title impact.
• Identify title defects and propose solutions for clear title.
• Explain chain of title and requirements to clients.
• Meet production targets and SLAs; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects as needed.
