Job summary

Vylla Title, LLC is seeking a Senior Title Curative to research and resolve title issues across REO properties and refinance transactions. You will collaborate with loan officers, clients, and internal teams to communicate status and progress while ensuring all actions comply with policy and regulations.

The role offers remote work from home and a competitive hourly rate. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related title curative experience, with mortgage servicing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Five or more years of related title curative experience.
• Mortgage loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments for irregularities. Determine solutions for irregularities and act on determination to resolve.
• Work with available resources to resolve title-related issues.
• Review and grade title reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide accurate and timely communication of updates to all parties involved in the transaction.
• Data entry into multiple technology platforms.
• Prepare title claim packages for submission.
• Monitor status of submitted claims and resolutions with title retained, foreclosure or outside counsel.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reporting of all title defects and their status.
