Job summary

Vylla Title, LLC, part of The Carrington Companies, seeks a Senior Title Curative to research and resolve title issues for REO properties and refinance transactions. This remote role requires strong title curative background and mortgage servicing exposure. The target pay range is $28.00-$30.00 per hour.

You will review title commitments, communicate updates, and prepare title documents while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant title curative experience.
• Mortgage loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments for irregularities and determine solutions.
• Resolve title issues with available resources and communicate status.
• Review and grade title reports and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to all parties.
• Prepare title-related documents such as affidavits and lien releases.
