Job summary

Vylla Title is seeking a Senior Title Curative who will research and resolve title issues on REO properties and refinance transactions. You will review title commitments, resolve irregularities, and provide timely updates to loan officers, clients, and internal partners from a remote home office in the United States.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of title curative experience, with mortgage servicing background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher.
• 5+ years of related title curative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments for irregularities and determine solutions.
• Work with resources to resolve title-related issues.
• Review and grade title reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to all parties.
• Enter data into multiple technology platforms and complete title claim packages.
• Monitor status of submitted claims and resolutions with title retained/foreclosure/outside counsel.
• Prepare documents such as subordination agreements and lien releases.
