Job summary

Vylla Title, LLC is seeking a Senior Title Curative who will research and resolve title issues on REO portfolios and refinance transactions. You’ll collaborate with loan officers, clients, and internal partners to communicate status and progress on curative measures, while complying with laws and company policies.

The position offers remote work from home, with a target pay range of $28.00-$30.00 per hour. Requires a four-year degree and 5+ years of title curative experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• 5+ years of related title curative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments for irregularities and determine solutions.
• Resolve title-related issues using available resources.
• Review and grade title reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to all parties.
• Enter data into multiple technology platforms.
• Prepare title claim packages for submission and monitor status.
