Job summary

Vylla Title, LLC is seeking a Senior Title Curative to research and resolve title issues on REO and refinance transactions. You will work remotely from home, collaborating with loan officers, clients, and internal partners to ensure clear communication of status and progress.

Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, grading title reports, issuing timely updates, and preparing title documents to support required curative measures and closing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• 5+ years of related title curative experience.
• Mortgage loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title commitments for irregularities and determine solutions.
• Resolve title-related issues using available resources.
• Review and grade title reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates to all parties.
• Data entry into multiple technology platforms and prepare title claim packages.
• Monitor status of submitted claims and resolution with title retained, foreclosure or outside counsel.
• Prepare documents such as subordination agreements and lien releases.
