Job summary

Mortgage Connect, LP is seeking a Title Clearance Coordinator for Default Pre-Foreclosure to review title reports, identify defects, file claims, and coordinate timely resolutions before foreclosure. The role requires attention to detail, strong follow-up, and collaboration with clients, attorneys, title vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing title documents, curing issues, filing claims, and managing a high-volume pipeline while meeting regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in default servicing, title clearance, foreclosure or related real estate operations preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate titles, pre-foreclosure review, liens, judgments and curative processes.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA guidelines and investor timelines preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-foreclosure title reports and related documentation to identify items that must be cured before foreclosure.
• Analyze title issues and manage curative matters from intake through final resolution.
• File title claims and coordinate with title insurers and clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, clients and stakeholders to cure title issues.
• Follow up daily on outstanding title curative items and maintain audit-ready records.
• Ensure timely updates and escalation when needed.
