Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Must hold a real estate license where required by state.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel if needed.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate a team mindset, working independently and with partners across the organization.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Teams.
• Navigate programs like Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Outlook.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience and reside where HGV has broker relationships.
