Qualifications

• Must have sales experience and ability to meet targets.
• Proven customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Active state real estate license (if required) and state broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality, able to work independently or with partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and participate in sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience and contribute to closing deals.
