Responsibilities

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines while delivering superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a 'One Team' mentality, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings via Microsoft Teams.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
