Legence seeks a Timekeeping Systems & Compliance Manager to own enterprise timekeeping systems and governance, partnering with Payroll and HRIS to ensure accurate time data and payroll processing. You will lead system strategy, requirements, and implementation while aligning with Finance, IT and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, or HRIS roles.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise timekeeping systems and governance.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate time capture and payroll integration.
• Lead design, implementation, testing, deployment and optimization of timekeeping solutions.
• Define business requirements, configurations, workflows, approvals and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage/hour rules and SOX controls.
• Drive timekeeping initiatives and cross-functional projects across departments.
