Job summary
Lux Decor Collection is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to take ownership of our TikTok Shop operations from product research to listings, ads, inventory, and analytics. This hands-on, A-to-Z role focuses on driving traffic, conversions, GMV, profitability, and sustainable growth across our TikTok Shop.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale performance and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop Ads/PPC and product listing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the TikTok Shop account from A to Z and maintain health/compliance.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential products and trends.
- Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Forecast inventory and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams.
- Plan, launch and optimize TikTok Shop ad campaigns and measure performance.
- Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
