Overseas (United States) is seeking a TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own end-to-end TikTok Shop operations and expand the brand across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Faire. The candidate will drive multi-channel strategy, align content with performance marketing, and scale e-commerce efforts globally while working remotely during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable revenue results.
• Deep expertise in TikTok platform, content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads.
• Experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue.
• Experience managing additional platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop end-to-end including listings, pricing, promotions, storefronts, and creator strategy.
• Drive revenue through organic content and paid ads on TikTok.
• Scale creator and affiliate programs with a sales focus.
• Expand successful TikTok strategies to other e-commerce channels.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across multiple channels.
• Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain regular reporting on channel revenue contributions.
