Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Technical Support professional to act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and field technicians for satellite-based TV services in hospitality and commercial sectors. The role focuses on HD, Off-Air, OTT content delivery, and Pro:Idiom encryption.

A hybrid/remote work model is offered, with Raleigh, NC as a preferred location. The position requires handling high-volume calls, dispatching field resources, and providing remote diagnostics while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of satellite TV, antennas and RF distribution.
• Wired internet connection.
• Experience with Windows OS and Office/CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls, log requests, and dispatch field agents.
• Provide first-level technical support for installation, repair, and maintenance of satellite delivery systems.
• Handle service requests to control costs and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or supervisor as needed.
• Use web tools to access remote equipment, run diagnostics, and monitor dashboards.
