Job summary

The role emphasizes handling HD, Off-Air, OTT content delivery systems and Pro:Idiom encryption, with a focus on remote diagnostics and timely issue resolution. Hybrid work is available with some remote work possibilities in Raleigh, NC.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical experience.
- Experience with satellite television and RF distribution.
- Wired internet connection required.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer high volume calls and troubleshoot to resolution.
- Dispatch field service nationwide.
- Provide first level technical support for install/repair of satellite delivery systems.
- Monitor remote dashboards and run diagnostics.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or supervisor.
- Assist with administrative tasks and shift coverage.
