Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Tier II Remote Support Technician to deliver mid-level remote support to J6 users in a DoD environment, utilizing remote access tools and ServiceNow to diagnose and resolve issues.

The role requires 5+ years in Tier II support, ITIL/Security+ aligned credentials, and the ability to determine remote versus on-site disposition, with SLA targets and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Tier II remote support or IT systems analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of certification and experience.
• Active security-focused certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-level Tier II remote support to J6 users via remote tools.
• Escalate to deskside technicians when on-site intervention is required.
• Ensure SLA compliance using ServiceNow and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with security and network teams for classified access troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
