Logistics Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior DTS Help Desk Technician to provide remote Defense Travel System (DTS) support for USASMDC RMASP. The role handles travel authorizations, vouchers, entitlements, and GTCC-related issues while auditing DTS processes.

The ideal candidate has DTS expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a largely remote setting, with onsite support in special cases.

Qualificações

• Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Strong knowledge of DTS travel processes and policies.
• Experience providing customer/Tier II technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier II customer support for DTS users, travelers, and Approving Officials.
• Respond to customer requests by telephone and email.
• Assist with DTS modules, features, data requirements, and information flows.
