Qualifications

• Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Knowledge of GTCC and the JTR.
• Experience providing customer service or technical support.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote Tier II DTS customer support via telephone and email.
• Assist travelers and Approving Officials with DTS-related questions and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot DTS software and transaction issues.
• Assist users with travel authorizations, travel vouchers, travel entitlements, DTS transactions, and DTS payment issues.
• Assist with auditing travel authorizations and vouchers for compliance with JTR and DoD regulations.
• Maintain daily performance logs documenting customer requests and status.
• Track assigned audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support SharePoint and KMST applications and portals.
