Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a full-time Tier I Support Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on desktop support experience, including O365 and client-facing work.

You will provide phone and remote remediation for complex issues, troubleshoot across a broad range of technologies, and perform remote software installations and security updates. Excellent communication skills are essential; familiarity with Citrix or VMware is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience including O365
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS and desktop apps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Citrix, VMware and Microsoft Systems Administration is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and remote remediation for complex issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems across technologies
• Provide remote installations of new software and upgrades
• Provide remote installation of service packs and security updates
• Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
