Peraton is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative to provide Tier I and II support for software, hardware, and network issues. The role requires a US citizen and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

You will diagnose problems, guide users through solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to restore services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and experience assisting customers with solutions across systems, networking, and applications.

Formación

• High school diploma; 0 years of experience required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience with problem solving and customer solutions.
• Experience providing Tier I/II technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier I and II technical support for software, hardware, and networks via problem diagnosis and step-by-step guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues; escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Analyze routine requests and prioritize actions; communicate solutions to users.
• Maintain and reference network diagrams and documentation as required.
