Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in IT operations or SRE, experience with Linux/Windows, and familiarity with monitoring platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA. On-site work and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE.
• Experience performing second-level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues.
• Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS.
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration.
• Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system-level issues.
• Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient infrastructure to reduce toil and enable faster capability delivery.
• Build in redundancy and monitoring to improve system reliability.
• Automate routine tasks and self-healing processes through scripting.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 teams for complex problem resolution, across cross-functional groups.
